As a sensitive and intuitive, I often need this kind of time

My own altar for "the soul of my emerging work" looks like a lotus flower with its roots in water and mud, its petals in sky and starlight (heaven and earth of course). On the altar is a bowl filled with sacred blue corn seeds grown in my garden. We'll work with these seeds together at the retreat.
