”There is an endless net of threads throughout the
universe. The horizontal threads are in space. The vertical threads are in time. At every crossing of the threads, there is an individual, and every individual is a crystal bead. And every crystal bead reflects not only the light from every other crystal in the net, but also every other reflection throughout the entire universe.”
~ Rig Veda, 1500 BC, the oldest know Vedic Sanskrit song
Imagine yourself as that crystal bead, in connection and communication with all other beings. It is a beautiful vision. It is not only possible, it is
calming, enlightening, and peaceful to imagine yourself thus aligned. The vast universe beyond supports you and awaits you!
These Chaotic Times
My spirits frequently tell me that we must step up and meet the challenges and chaos of our times
with every ounce of love we can muster. They say we need to be peace. To be present, witnessing with compassion. To maintain our equanimity, deep connection, and rootedness, and to engage the spiritual and meditation practices we have learned into our daily lives—in every moment.
“It’s not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change,” said none other than Charles Darwin.
To shift your perceptions of what’s happening from fear to calm, or from anxiety to equanimity, it’s necessary to change the way you think. The way you see yourself. The way you see the world. It’s necessary change
the way you live your life. We know that’s not easy. And every time I manage to put my worry aside, or stop creating dramas before they happen, I’m grateful I have the tools and am willing to use them!
Using Your Medicine Bag of Tools
Since you are here, reading this, I assume you do have lots of tools. Most of us do—we’re just lazy or forgetful. And those of you who have
experienced a spate of big pressures at once—being a sandwich-generation caretaker, or experiencing cancer and job loss at the same time, or having a family member who is mentally unstable—know from experience that when you did get it together to meditate, you calmed down. When you carved an hour for exercise, you felt less stress.
It’s my own experience of multiple life stressors at once that brought me to my passion for shifting consciousness: I would not have survived without my energy and shamanic and meditation practices. I’ve seen the same with hundreds of clients over the years: when they do the work as they know how, they thrive. When they fail to follow through, they suffer.
Think of me as the loving Mom of your grown up self: I support you, I want you to thrive, and I’ll help you if you need help. Whether you want to be reminded about ways to shift your energy, need soul healing, want a ceremony for closure, or are burdened in ways you don’t understand, I’m here to help you get back to the inner clarity and resilience we
all need right now.
