Greetings ,
As you read this I am soaking in the vast beauty of the rainforest in
Ecuador.
The spirit of the forest is everywhere in this pristine part of the
world. You feel no difference between the water inside your body and outside. It is one of the places I go to learn, to recharge, and to renew my experience of being interconnected with everything.
We are visiting the Sapara people first at Naku (images below), then the Achuar, both
fierce and remote tribes valiantly defending their territories against the intrusion of oil companies. If their land is mined for oil, the biodiversity will be destroyed and their lifeways lost.
When I return I will share some of the healing lessons I've received. In the meantime, enjoy the images and relish the last long days of summer and waxing
moon!
