As the wheel turns and the days begin to lengthen on the
solstice, timing is perfect for shining your light! And bringing light into these dark times is a gift for your loved ones and everyone you meet.
Finding my internal light, my essence, is probably my favorite way of coming into harmony and balance. The more I do it, the more peaceful and radiant I feel.
My solstice gift to you is this simple practice for shifting your attention, anytime, and returning to your center. I often use it to end my workshops, and it graces the bookmark I made when Weave the Heart of the Universe Into Your Life was published this fall. Repeat as often as you like!
