This week the Blue Oak buds have been fattening and bursting into leaf with a warm spell between rains. It's an exciting time energetically: you can sense the sap rising, hear exuberant mating calls from songbirds and hawks, feel the freshness in the air.
As the sun moves north at the Equinox—potent time of balance between light and dark—we are blessed with the greening and vibrancy of new growth once more. I'm always energized when I use this shift to reflect on balance and potential flowering in my own life. I urge you to do the same!
Nature can save you. Study after study is proving this is true: nature gives you stress relief, immune support, sharper thinking, and improved concentration. Nature offers one of the most reliable boosts
to your mental and physical well-being that you can find. So get outside and enjoy.
The playing we'll do April 8-9 is all about reconnecting with nature and nurturing yourself with those connections. Move Your Energy, Change Your Life will re-mind you what it feels like to open the
doors of your heart and your perception to the elements, trees, and life. You'll learn some great tools to address whatever is weighing you down and rekindle your luminous being. I'd love to see you here in Sonoma for the workshop.
Reinvigorating your harmonious connections with all of life is also the topic of my latest blog, Habits of Mind Running Your
Life?
Blessings of the green earth in this time of balance,
Meg
