A few personal notes as the season turns...
I hope you will be patient with me as I find my way in this new software—I used Constant Contact for my blog for 12 years, so switching to AWeber is a big change! It is one of at least eight new software programs I have had to learn in the last 10 months. Yes, I want a little sympathy! And I always welcome feedback.
My intent for the coming year is to relax back into what I love doing—teaching, writing, ceremony, and healing—and let the learning-new-stuff go by the wayside for a while.
Tom (my husband) tells me that as soon as I finish one project I immediately start another, and I've begun to see the truth in his observation. I am a gardener at heart, always planting seeds without thinking about the time to nurture, harvest, and preserve the fruits. So I am practicing asking myself these questions: "Do I need to do this? Do I want to do this? Will I enjoy this? How can I make it easier?" and other, related,
get-a-grip queries.
Still, I believe what I wrote recently: "The source of a bountiful harvest is planting the seeds!"
A few notes if you are considering or signed up for the Seeds Retreat weekend:
- Bring a friend and receive a discount.
- Lodging payments are due by Dec. 22 to secure your space.
- Commuter balance due by Jan. 1, 2016.
Hope to see you there, and have a wonderful holiday in the meantime.
