I’ve worked with cosmic energies intentionally for many years. This month I was surprised when spontaneous cosmic downloads started flowing into my crown—the spontaneous part had never happened before! Coinciding with the solar eclipse, huge solar flares, and the auroras, it told me that powerful beings are reaching towards us from the cosmos. Invite them in!

Our indigenous wisdom keepers have known and called on these energies for a long time. Indigenous people the northern climes say that you can hear the northern lights. Others say that the stars are our ancestors. And in the tradition of the Andean Q’ero nation, ceremonies to ask the star beings for help are made in deep times of trouble, like now, in the form of star despachos.

Grief restores: the more we grieve, the more we can love. Sharing our grief in a field of support lets us open up again and reconnect.
