Thank you for your curiousity and interest in leading with your
heart. It's a key way to shift into resilience and flow, brilliance and connection.
What I've understood during these last strange years: open-heartedness changes everything. Our perception. Our
receptivity and resilience. Our ability to shine brightly. Our ability to sit with loss and despair.
All the
teaching and learning I've done for 30 years have coalesced into understanding the centrality of our hearts. What drew me to my first shamanic teacher in the Andes, Américo Yabar, was his heart-centered way of being. Heart is what's drawn me to every teacher since. Healing with Spiritual Light (Sandra Ingerman) is about being in the heart. Munay-Ki (Alberto Villoldo) is about opening heart to receive the wisdom of the cosmos. Energy Alchemy (me) is about moving your energy so you can
shine joyfully. These last few years I've been re-exploring every experiential practice I've ever taught to find the essence of heart light.
No matter how strong your spiritual practice is, it's an ongoing challenge to maintain
resilience and brightness in these times. Even when your personal life is going fine, anything—someone else's blowup, the morning news, or the latest climate challenge—can throw you off center.
