Have you ever locked eyes with someone—your own baby, a friend, your beloved aunt—and experienced a moment of bliss? Have you shared a group meditation where you emerged feeling deep peace? Have you sat on a mountaintop or in a tree and felt at one with the universe?

        These moments—being together as One Heart—have changed my life. Bliss, safety, joy, union, embraced, expanded—many words express the feelings. Yet it’s the embodied state, the memory you can call up over and over, that builds yearning to explore the experience, renew the feelings, become open hearted.

        Thinking about being together in person, for two days—where we can share such experiences—is exciting! Being able to drop into a heart space in safety and trust, and hold each other as we explore together, is something we’ve all missed during these years of isolation and anxiety.
