Usually I only email you once every 4 or 6 weeks—we’ve all got too much in our inboxes!! However…
…I’m going to be writing a bit more because of my passion: I urge you to be in your heart, reflect on being a heart-guided person, and find ways to shine in these dark days. I'll be sharing insights gleaned from experience, my teachers, and my
clients.
In Ukraine, where millions are fleeing, grief abounds, and “power over” rules the invasion and stares us in the face morning and evening, how does open-heartedness help?
Â
For one, it lets us feel our grief and compassion, lets our tears flow. For another, when you are in your heart, you can't be angry or judgmental. A third reason: when you are in your heart, it's
easer to soothe yourself and others. When you are in your heart, you can hold all in love. Doesn’t it feel good when you do that?
Being open-hearted changes your experience of the world. As you love, so you feel the open hearts of others. As you show compassion, you
also become receptive to it. As you open to all that is, you will notice the trees, the star beings, and other people opening to you. This collective reciprocity feeds us and helps us keep going.
When so many of us yearn to serve the planet and heal our future, seeing, hearing, and living with our whole beings and hearts, rather than just our minds, is essential. Spirit keeps reminding us to become
luminous, loving, open-hearted beings…shine the divine light we were born with…and find our way back to our innate heart’s wisdom to cultivate our resilience and harmony.
My workshops on Leading with Heart—both IN-PERSON April 9-10 and LIVE-ONLINE April 15 to June 3—offer you ways to refocus, re-harmonize, and shine your radiance into the world. If you feel
inspired to come together and find support with other heart-focused folks in these workshops, I welcome you.

"Heart is present in my work because shamanism is about seeing from the heart. That means two things. One is that you see beyond the ordinary, beyond the veils. The other is that you see with your whole being and essence rather than just your mind. That’s essential to making change in the world.”
PS. sorry about the mysterious email you got the other day, no idea why...
